In the latest episode of the Coffee Pub Podcast, the main theme was the connection between creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship. Eliene Araújo, director of competitiveness of Sebrae Roraima, was present at the forum, while journalist Marleide Cavalcante moderated the forum.
Araújo introduced the audience to the concept of the Descentraliza festival and emphasized its importance in an entrepreneurial context. «This festival has already been in other states and its focus is on impact companies. While many see entrepreneurship as a way to make money, this event looks at it in a broader way, considering the impact on society, people and its different aspects, such as social and business entrepreneurship. This is a model project that is different from the traditional work we do,” he explained.

Descentraliza’s proposal is not limited to the private sector. She shared the vision of expanding the conversation to the public sector and focused on connecting disparate initiatives that currently operate in silos. «We are betting on this existing panel and bringing in both the public and private sectors.» We see the impact of entrepreneurship flourishing in several communities here in Roraima, but in disconnected ways. That’s why we decided to invite everyone to a round table.»
Araújo also emphasized the questions that guide the event: “What is everyone doing? What impact do these projects have? Who are they working for? How can they strengthen their operations through networking? Our goal is to connect and unify an ecosystem that is still somewhat fragmented.”
